SHULAM! מחויבת לאפשר לכל אדם להשתמש באפליקציה באופן עצמאי ומכובד, בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998, ולתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013. הצהרת הנגישות של האתר shulam-app.com מפורסמת בנפרד.
1. מה מיושם באפליקציה
- תמיכה מלאה בעברית ובכיווניות RTL בכל המסכים
- תמיכה בהגדלת טקסט של מערכת ההפעלה (Dynamic Type / Font scale) - הגדלת הטקסט אינה חסומה באף מסך
- ניגודיות צבעים בהתאם ל-WCAG 2.1 AA במסכים המרכזיים
- תוויות נגישות (accessibility labels) על רכיבים אינטראקטיביים במסכים המרכזיים
2. מגבלות ידועות ולוח זמנים לתיקון
האפליקציה נמצאת בתהליך שיפור נגישות מקיף בעקבות סקר UI/UX מקצועי. בין הנושאים בטיפול:
- תמיכה בקוראי המסך VoiceOver (iOS) ו-TalkBack (Android) - בתהליך בדיקה
- כיבוד הגדרת הפחתת התנועה (Reduce Motion) של מערכת ההפעלה - טרם ממומש, בטיפול
- אחידות ניגודיות במסכים משניים
- יישור רכיבים במעבר בין עברית לאנגלית
- גדלי אזורי לחיצה
יעד השלמה: ספטמבר 2026. נשמח לדווח על התקדמות לכל פונה.

SHULAM! is committed to enabling every person to use the application independently and with dignity, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adaptations), 5773-2013. 1. What is implemented in the app
- Full Hebrew and RTL support on all screens
- Support for the operating system's text size setting (Dynamic Type / Font scale) - text scaling is not blocked on any screen
- Color contrast per WCAG 2.1 AA on the central screens
- Accessibility labels on interactive elements on the central screens
2. Known limitations and remediation timeline
The application is undergoing a comprehensive accessibility improvement process following a professional UI/UX review. Items currently being addressed:
- VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android) screen reader support - in testing
- Honoring the operating system's Reduce Motion setting - not yet implemented, in progress
- Contrast consistency on secondary screens
- Component alignment when switching between Hebrew and English
- Touch target sizes
